A Bohemia bar mixologist greets you in our bar where your V.I.(Little).P’s are invited to get creative in shaking, stirring and blending their own mocktails behind the bar. They will create and serve two mocktails of their very own, whilst the grownups of the group enjoy a glass each of Champagne. Once they are finished the V.I.(Little).P’s are whisked away to don their very own aprons and chefs hats, where they join a member of our Michelin starred pastry team to decorate a selection of fancies, leaving the adults to indulge in our Classic Afternoon Tea.
You are whisked away by transfer to the Jersey’s Wild West Coast, choose from either an inland or coastal foraging experience with renowned local guide Kazz. Kazz takes you through the abundance of produce available in Jersey, either foraging for herbs and mushrooms inland or for seaweeds and shellfish with the coastline tour of breath-taking St Ouen's Bay. Once your forage has come to an end your transfer waits to take you and your goodies back to Michelin starred Bohemia Restaurant where your ingredients are incorporated into a delicious 7 course Tasting Menu.
