We regret to inform our guests that our lift is currently out of order due to an unexpected fault. We are actively arranging repairs and working to have it restored as quickly as possible.
Please note that the only alternative access to the upper floors is via the stairs. If using the stairs is not feasible, please contact our reception team who will be happy to assist with your reservation. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause, particularly to those who rely on lift access.
