TEMPORARY CLOSURE
Last updated 26 March 2020

Following the government\'s most recent announcement, we have now sadly had to close the Hotel, Spa and Golf and part of the Holiday Park.

We find ourselves in unprecedented territory but we must all follow the advice of the Government and World Health Organisation to help prevent the spread of the virus.

Existing Bookings
If you have a booking before 20 April, the reservations team will email you to discuss your booking further. For all other queries, the team are working as quickly as possible with reduced staffing levels, so please bear with us at this difficult time as we are prioritising imminent guest queries for the coming weeks.

Cancellation Policy
Our cancellation policy has been amended in light of the situation and is detailed below:

Holiday Park
Luxury lodges, lodges and statics will remain open for owners who are already on site, although none of the facilities are available such as toilet blocks, playgrounds and Deer House. The government\'s advice is that you must remain here for 12 weeks. We are discouraging casual visits to your lodge to help the government in reducing unnecessary travel.

If you are a Seasonal Tourer and currently in your caravan and on site, based on government advice, you must remain here for 12 weeks or go home.

We will continue to communicate using social media so please make sure you are following us.

I would like to take this opportunity to thank our guests for being so understanding. We have been overwhelmed with messages of support, all of which are very much appreciated by the whole team.

We hope to welcome you back to Rudding Park in the not too distant future and extend our Yorkshire hospitality once again.

In the meantime, stay home, save lives.

Peter Banks
Managing Director
